I am very happy with the service provided by AQ Glass to fabricate and install glass walls and doors for 2 showers. The time from my initial phone call to Cornel to the field measurement by Florin and the install by both of them, was less than 1 week. I’ve dealt with glass companies before and AQ Glass is head and shoulders above anyone else I’ve dealt with. In fact, a couple companies I called for quotes didn’t return my calls or set an appointment with me until after AQ Glass completed the job!! I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to have found and ultimately conducted Business with AQ Glass of Glendale, AZ.

1) Response and turnaround time:
I know this facet of any Business is contingent on workload and resource availability, but by leveraging technology (i.e. mobile phone camera and texting),  I was able garner a quote for a Shower Door enclosure replacement within 48 hours.  I am still awaiting call backs from several other vendors I reached out to, and it's been about three weeks that I'm waiting on those call backs.  AQ Glass AZ provided me a quote and installed my Shower enclosure in less time then some of the other vendors I am still awaiting call backs from.

2) Ordering of glass enclosure:
It took a one-week turnaround to have my new Shower Enclosure delivered and installed after the final confirmation measurements, which BTW occurred two days after I gave the "go" approval on the quote.

The product itself is high grade and of great quality..  Bcause of the AQ Glass Team's responsiveness and customer service, I also went all-in with the glass coating/treatment.  This is one option I recommend you highly consider because at least for my install, it was worth every penny.

Florin (Manager) and his team are customer and service focused, which goes a long way in customer satisfaction. My new Shower enclosure looks fantastic, and it made our Master Bath appear larger despite the actual room and shower dimensions being unchanged (with the exception of the new Shower enclosure).

AQ Glass AZ has a great team that offers responsive service, high quality installation at very competitive pricing.

My spouse and I are incredibly pleased that we entrusted our service and installation to AQ Glass AZ.
